Who Are We

Welcome to Introverse. I am Karen Rene, and I help working professionals thrive through the use of Introversion.

As a kid, I was always questioned about my need for solitude, my tendency to overthink, and my reluctance to get social for the sake of it; a wild cat; always in her thoughts, a misfit in a loud, extroverted world.

For years, I repressed my introversion; that same introversion that helped me move countries, change careers and thrive in roles I was not seemingly cut out for.

Throughout my career, I also witnessed a plethora of sound ideas and possible business breakthroughs being ignored or overlooked - so much brain power wasted. They all had one thing in common: they came from introverts.

It took me a few years to crack the code and understand how to best leverage my introverted traits (ITs) for career success.

And this is precisely what I want to help you do.

All coaching sessions are online, so we can meet from anywhere in the world.

“What's introversion” you may ask?

Not to be mistaken with shyness (the fear of negative judgement), Introversion is a personality trait that favours activities and environments that foster focus, deep thinking and reflection.

Introverts are individuals who feel more comfortable focusing on their inner thoughts and ideas, rather than on what's happening externally.

They thrive in quiet and minimally stimulating environments allowing increased creativity, productivity and therefore superior performance to occur.

What's Introversion?
